The 2 informants in the Fort Dix Terror trial are Mahmoud Omar and Besnik Bakalli. Do not Talk to these guys. Do not confront these guys. Just inform the others in your community to steer clear of them. The Provocateurs of The Duka brothers Dritan Shain and Eljvir (Sulayman) and also Mohamed Shnewer, and Serdar Tartar.They may be used by Federal agents as provocateur Informants in the attempt to prosecute more innocent people.

No offense taken. I know there is a mutual respect between us. My clarification might have been long winded, but I wanted it to be thorough and accurate. Appeals are tricky, and I'm only starting to learn about them. I have some ideas, but the public defenders seem less interested in ideas from back seat drivers. I can understand the feeling of intrusion on their behalf, but better criminal defense attorneys make better drivers. A lot of work ahead.

The weapons they were firing at the licensed firing range were not the same weapons they were "entrapped" into buying. Those AK-47s and M-16 that were not ordered as fully automatic, but delivered fully automatic, had been rendered inert, prior to the gun purchase that was ARRANGED AFTER the "informant" informed the FBI that the Dukas were not involved in any plot. The crime was arranged in furtherance to implicate them in a crime the FBI knew they had no involvement.

Also, Allahu Akbar means nothing more than "God is great" and no matter what religion they worship, those words ring true in every religion, and only an atheist could be offended at hearing them. That, and a person that is uninformed of their meaning.

You know I know this Dave, but I also saw the vid in question. I heard the way he said it. There weren't any Christians saying "Our Father Who Art in Heaven" while firing their guns. Whether their intentions were real or, just acting like wanna be Jihadi's, they ultimately made poor decisions and went along with these informants/agents making these offers/plots. Pardon me, but it was pretty dumb to be acting that way, especially considering their illegal status.

Speaking primarily for the Dukas, the chief informant told his handlers the Dukas knew nothing about a plot in july or early Aug. of 06. He also testified to this in court. Furthermore he said they are really good people. So there is no mention in implication or on recording that the Dukas knew of a plot, the informant said they knew nothing about one. So there was no connection to the supposed plot and the Dukas. The Feds then created one with the gun buy.

I wish them neither fortune or ill will, a long life or short. They know what they did, and carry that with them for the remainder of their days, and then into infinity.

Thanks Dave for the clarification. Because of the way you discuss things gives me confidence in your integrity. If those lawyers are not doing what you think they should, try some other lawyers. If they were guilty, they are where they should be, but if there is any reasonable doubt as you have implied, they should be given another trial. No need to reply, I'll message you any further questions I have.

It's ok Dave, no apology to me required. I just know about Judas, his love for Jesus, and his ultimate demise because of the guilt he felt. I am not offended in the least, it is just my opinion.

I think it is ok to disagree. I accept your explanation. But the act that Judas committed carries far deeper and broader meaning. Judas hung himself also. Ok, these guys were fed agents. Whatever they were. The accused still went along. Why didn't they turn the informant/agents in?
