@jyankeesrock did you see my original reply? I met Flea. He is a jerk. If you've also watched Funky Monks or the Jane's Addiction documentary, he asks like he's above everyone else and entitled to something. His actual personality is the opposite of the one he presents in interviews.
He's still my favorite bassist (if not musician), but the guy is a jerk.

If you're in a pressure situation like a live show, and your instrument craps out, then you yell for your tech and he doesn't have a replacement, you would be pissed too, both from urgency and rightful anger. Techs are paid to be ready for that shit.
