hey ... I was a follower of your videos before the loss of weight but I must say you're doing a fantastic job with the weight loss. You literally look half the person you were -just keep doing what you are doing and be happy in yourself :)
My girl friend struggles with her weight too so I kind of know what you are going through - and girls like her and yourself tend to be too hard on your selves. What you've achieved already is incredible.
And to the FA's - stop with the gain weight stuff.

Remember weight loss takes time, you didn't lose that much overnight...you dont look disgusting at all..I bet your doctors have told you that your health has improved from the weight loss too, so just keep up the good work.
