Check out Ron Paul's rebuttal after that Rudy comment. It's called "Reading assignment for Rudy". Even the 9/11 Commission Report says the attacks were motivated by what the CIA calls "blow back", aka "unintended consequences of US foreign policy". So Rudy didn't even read the 9/11 Comm Report - what an ass! He touts his "9/11 survival" status all the time, but didn't even read the Report! But, as usual, Ron Paul read the Report. He also reads the bills, unlike most Congressmen.
