I just love What's My Line? and this is a little tribute to my favorite panelist, Arlene Francis :) but I do love all of them ;D Most of the clips are from WML?

And I also want to thank everybody who put up WML? clips here on youtube, because if it hadn't been for you I would never been able to see it, so Thank You!! :D

  • One of the greatest shows on t.v., ever. They were all just stunning: smart, beautiful, sophisticated, brilliant, and they had beautiful manners.

  • i usually don't like tribute videos at all, but this was just great. her smile was just so infectious and the song suited it perfectly.

where are clips from which are not from WML?

    thanks again for posting.

  • @tyler5wy1 Joan sebastian the plagiarism by the name of "UN IDIOTA"..

  • This video just makes me all giddy, lol. I love Arlene Francis. I only wish I was born during her time so I could have possibly have the chance to have met her but unfortunately she died in 2001 when I was only 13 and had no clue of who she was. I will just have to survive with the memory of her. May she RIP. Arlene Francis is the best!

  • @mthivier I just read the same thing. It was 1988. What a shame

  • @IEnjoyHippies It's called The Thrill of it All-came out in '63, starring Doris Day and James Garner. Arlene's character has just learned, that, rather late in life, she's expecting her first child, and she's over the moon about it.

  • The heart-shaped diamond pendant that she is wearing in most of these clips was a gift from her second husband. She wore on the majority of her "What's My Line" appearances, and it more or less became her trademark. It was unfortunately stolen when Ms. Francis was mugged in New York during the late 1980s.

  • Great tribute to fine ladies from another era. . .arlene and dorothy, god bless

  • I just love that Armenian lady, Arlene.

  • I was planning on making an Arlene video myself but how can you top that? :D
