  • I wanted to get the cure all I got was SHIT!

  • @DumberEveryTime yes you have a point, the same goes for us students who are affected by IBS we have exams and other things which cause stress. we cant help it and we cant even leave during an exam unless its very bad

  • Maybe I should just overdose on fish oil.......

  • Why does anyone even suggest a no-stress cure for ANYTHING? Almost all Americans (and assumedly many other people around the world) live very fast-paced, chaotic lives. Any medical professionals who purport cures for any syndrome or disease should take this immutable fact of life into consideration.

  • It's not like I've been eating foods that are disagreeing with me or been playing with broken thermometers, I just have to shit when im nervous and it's that way for everyone I know. I've had IBS for years and the only thing that helps is to know what situations make me anxious and what don't and to try to avoid them.

  • @911truthseekers what did you hear on hemp oil I heard cod liver oil and goats milk... this is really helping me to have iliminated dairy though I don't have diarea I have the can't completely empty problem...

  • thats what it all about, right?

  • Try Heather's IBS Diet

Low fat, high soluble fiber and low insoluble fiber

and avoid triggers like dairy, red meat and caffeine.
