Cable Front Raise

Level: Intermediate
Muscles: Deltoids, Trapezius, Pectoralis
Equipment: Cable Machine

Instructions:
Step 1: Adjust the pulley to be at the bottom of the machine. Grab the handle with your hand and stand up straight with feet planted about shoulder width apart.

Step 2: Have you arm extended out straight but slightly bent at the elbow through the motion.

Step 3: Keeping your torso stationary while raising your arm forward to shoulder level with your palm facing the floor.
