Does anyone have HD version?

Before I introduce Bibimbap, I would like to ask all the KA's out there - 한국분들께 묻습니다. About 15(?) years ago, Korean-foreigners (France + America) made the advert almost exactly like this, except that it was more of an animation (I think?) featuring ladies laundry-pounding (다듬이질) instead of Nanta'ing. Does anyone have videos of it, and if you do, can you send it to me or upload it on YouTube? 고맙습니다! 꼭 찾고 싶습니다.

다음은 한류 학생/친구들을 위해서 썻던 비빔받에 대한 글입니다.

---- On with Bibimbap ---

Bibim means "mixed" and bap means "cooked rice." As the name says, it's a rice dish served with fresh vegetables("Namul"), garnished with sweet and sour pepper sauce ("Gochujang") and some type of protein such as eggs, beef and chickens.

Think the high-end, freshest salad with no dairies, topped with tender juicy slices of tri-tip BBQ or broiled chicken -- only much healthier. You can stuff yourself with this dish and will not feel badly later on.

Made w/ the freshest ingredients, Bibimbap enlightens sophisticated epicureans' palates with layers of flavours that never end. Scientifically proven to be a healthy and balanced dish, many restaurants, both Korean and non-Korean, have been serving them and/or making the fusion dish out of them, especially at vegetarian restaurants.

Bibimbap has many versions depending on the region. For Seoul version ("The noble's version"), each ingredient is served on a separate plate, and the person chooses what to go into his/her bowl. For other regions, vegetables are pre-arranged in a large bowl and a smaller bowl of rice is served on a side, at which time the person chooses the amount of rice to go into his/her bowl. And the most commonly, all ingredients are pre-arranged in one large bowl, and you get to have fun mixing them.

And then there's a lazy version when the poor mixed any ingredients they could find... which I still make when I don't feel like cooking. Ha.

Traditionally Bibimbap is served with clear soup, a perfect compliment to the dish.

Bibimbap can be made easily. The key is to balance the flavour by mixing in just right amount of each ingredient. And then, just like coffee, tea, or wine, it gives you multiple layers of flavours until the last grain of sauce-soaked rice.

FINE PRINT: This advert is released as copyleft with a condition: to pass it on as whole. So I did.
