CTU, I really need your answer on this. What do you use to film these, voice some of them, and what editing software do you use? I really need to know, I'm getting into Machinima myself

To film, I used an HD PVR. For voice, use Audacity. For editing, I used Sony Vegas, but if you have a Mac, iMovie or Final Cut is fine.
