@solidseung Not saying all DPMS have no dust cover, I meant to say the one available here does not have one. But I agree, I should go with Stag.

Hey, retired from the Army last year in Feb. and am now looking for an AR to help make the difference between my AK and PSL shorter. I saw the Stg Arms for sale and I also saw the DPMS. My only worry is that the DPMS did not have a dust cover. Between the 2 what would you prefer, money does not matter.

@scottcain20051 I would suggest the Stag Arms since I own one and the DPMS not having a dust cover is questionable. My 16 inch barrel with the ACOG make it the perfect mid to long range carbine.

@joeluisramirez The AR10 is very nice and yes I would like one. Also check out the DMPS Panther if you like the AR10.

Great vid man. I'm getting a stag arms lower for a build real soon. I was wondering what you thought about 14.5in barrels? Thanks

@vladzizka Or you can get a 14.5" barrel with a pinned and welded flash hider that is 16" in total length, making it NFA free. The only downside is that you cannot remove the flash hider, so a two piece handguard is needed if you want to free float the barrel.
