This is fine, except it's really about what are some commonly needed tools and/or furniture. Setting up the workbench - to me - is more about what goes where, a space for everything & everything in it's place -- ways to have access to what you need and still have open, uncluttered workspace/zones for different tasks; storage available for what you use in each work zone; etc. Lighting is important, and you covered it well, but could have pointed out the need for lighting in different work zones.
