4 reds=too low. Does this matter if youv'e zoomed in or not?

@djinstructor yes, what typically happens is ATC steps you down to an altitude from which you intercept the glide path and follow it down. So if you are far, and have yet to intercept the glide path, then if you zoom in with a cam, it will show you all lights red, but as you get closer they slowly turn to red over white at the moment you intercept the glide path.

amazing really amazing.. what was your plan in the event of an engine failure over the atlantic? ditch in the sea and scramble to the life raft??

In a single engine not much one can do in the event of an engine loss, first thing you need to do is tell someone with your exact coordinates, if you see a ship, it's a good idea to contact them and try to ditch as close as possible to them. And yes scrambling in life raft is a very good idea, that's why you have to have your suits on, no time to put on once you're in the water.
