My surgeon recently began offering a new procedure in which he can endoscopically (meaning NO surgery!) shrink your pouch that may have stretched out over time or bad habits after a Gastric Bypass procedure. I am very curious about this and will find out the details for those who are interested! Here is a link to my surgeon's site...

  • ya keep up the water and get lots of exercise. That will help you lose and keep it off. I bought a small eliptical that I put under my computer desk and I burn up like 2000 calories a day just on that. here is the number for the machine on Qvc.com
