Latin is cool, indeed. But I only know one saying that's about a wolf: Vulpes pilum mutat, non mores. (Wich literally means: Wolves lose their hair, not their tricks.) That can't possibly be that thing what was said in Dr. Who. Why didn't you mention? I'm curious.

Latin ftw/! I watched Dr. Who this past summer too and I was so excited about the episode from season 4? where they go back to pompeii and meet Caecilius and Quintus who were characters in my high school Latin book and I was so excited that they used historical characters haha nerds ftw!

Yay! Go Latin! I'm in my fourth year of it as a senior in High School. I own at translating :D

David Tennant is an amazing Doctor.
I wonder... what is your opinion of Chris Eccleston?
That's cool that you understand Latin!
I loved The Time Traveler's Wife! I read it when I was 12 though.... a bit young.
DFTBA!

Awesome :)
What do you play? I've always wanted to learn Latin, but I finally come to college and they don't offer it as a class. Sucks.

'atlas shrugged' hahaha! that's that book south park (officer barbrady) took the time to say "i read every page of this garbage, and because of it i'll never read again!" in it's first season...so is it really that bad? lol

The biggest problem is that it took about 80 pages for something to actually happen because of the backstory on EVERY character. But once the plot actually starts the story isn't that bad - a lot of mysteries/unanswered questions.

Haha, thank you! I took four years of Latin in high school - I don't think I would have the persistance to teach myself otherwise! And yeah, that episode was really funny - I'm loving David Tennant!
