  • Good! Try to jerk 2 x32 kg with your right arm (Nikolas Bontlab from Ukraine did it with 2 X 40 kg 12 years ago, when he was about 50. 

  • Bloody hell! the heaviest KB I have ever lifted was 32kg and I only managed to clear the deck with it no further It's how easy he makes it look that's the scary bit
