Lower body power is essential for developing game-changing on-ice speed. This is a hybrid exercise between a traditional vertical jump and broad jump. With this, the athlete can continue working on proper jumping and landing technique, while benefiting from some of the extra stress/load to the lower body and hips that the forward movement creates.
