Problem is, the fundies claim "seperation of church and state isn't in the constitution", or that "the establishment clause was to keep the govt out of the church, not the other way round". Not sure where they get these arguments from, but they crop up with alarming regularity. I reckon they have a script or something.

you know who else was the minority...slaves :/

You repeat a few times that the ACLU has not filed any suit on this matter. That's true that doesn't mean they weren't involved, the ACLU and other legal organizations for that matter often get involved before any court documents are filed in an attempt to prevent the need to go to court. It's interesting how you leave that part out.You also forget to mention that while it is a public school they are using a private venue. The setup of the venue is at the discretion of the venue. Oh well...

The question at the end seems superfluous. FoxNews IS propoganda.

.. so they better know how to practice it savely. Btw., I WONDER why European countries with mandatory sex ed that allow gay marriage and stuff have much lower teen pregnancy, abortion, STD infection and divorce rates of younger couples than the US and why the US states with no mandatory sex ed or those who teach abstinence only have the highest fucking teen pregnancy, abortion, STD infection and divorce rates of young couples in the US?

@MrCope456: Since when do they teach sex ed in kindergarden, genius? XD And I guess you never had sex ed in school or just what fundie christians think sex ed should be but you might want to know that they just tell you about sexuality, different forms, what happens physically and how you properly protect yourself from unwanted pregnancies, STD etc. People have anal sex, both straights and gays ,and some of those kids will have anal sex as well at some point in the future..

@kresimircindric: Nah, because that's America's idea of freedom of speech. XD Meanwhile the religious fundies managed to bully American media into massive pre-censorship, bleeping, blurring and 7-sec-delay regarding swearing, sex and nudity, gayness etc. and positive coverage of social democracy (the social bit as promoted by Jesus what they like to forget about..), gay rights, pro-choice, contraception, labor rights, hight taxes for the super-rich, environment protection..

I'm not from America, but can't someone sue Fox News for slander, misrepresentation of truth, etc?
there's sure a lot of hungry, suffering, destitute people in a world with so much "religion" i wonder how many starving people the vatican's wealth would feed if that was their goal.

this is just another instance of Christians trying to drum up more fictitious persecution. There is no war on Christianity, the only thing Christianity feels is a growing reduction in its total domination of a secular nation. The US didn't start as a Christian nation, it didn't prosper as a Christian nation, but it has been degraded by the swelling numbers of uneducated Christians using their constitutional right to form communities so large that they piss on the very Constitution for us all.
