Pure stupidity. I remember a job in the North Sea when a buddy got his arm severed off by a hydraulic pile driver hammer. His KBM 17 was partially crushed and the helmet flooded when the ram dropped on him. He had the balls to cut his hot water suit arm off that was jammed in the ram. (His arm was severed at the shoulder) Pitch black viz, 490' fee in sat and he pulled himeself with one arm back with a flooded helmet 100' back to the bell. He made less nois than this guy.

Jeez guys, give the guy a break. He fucked up! So what? Any other commercial divers here hands up and tell me that you have never screwed something up while on a job. Fortunately neither he nor a colleague were injured. I must admit he did make a bit of a fuss though!

@Kirkibost1320 Well that answered one question. You are deffinitely not an offshore surface/sat diver. But you still choose to remain anonymous. There are a lot of people like you out there who only have the strength to throw out there vast knowledge anonymously covering any topic they see fit.

Now you neither know me nor what I do, the word 'fud' should give you a clue as to where I am from and I'm afraid diving is just a job - well technically its a just away of getting to a job. No one gets all moist in crotch from being a pipefitter or a welder and to be honest unless your suit's leaky neither should you be for being a diver.

B- because most people don't get to see what it is real divers get to do underwater, so I like to make videos that "over-dramatize" our not so glamorous job.
