@AndrewBainn Actually, you picked this 'fight' by saying I was teaching you had to earn grace. I responded by saying that Obeying God's Commandments is not earning Grace, IT'S THE GIFT OF GRACE. Obeying God comes from Grace thru Faith, if someone claims to believe & does not Obey God, they're lying. Likewise if someone claims to have received the Grace of God, but are not Obeying His Commandments, they'e lying. These "Christians" call people legalists for Obeying God, when they're not even saved

@ChristusVlCTOR Okay I believe Salvation is by grace through faith. Sanctification is becoming more like Jesus. We don't need to talk about it anymore, I don't even know what you're arguing about anymore.

@AndrewBainn Did you even read the verses I posted? 1 Cor 15:10 is at the HEART of my Theology "I laboured more abundantly.. YET NOT I BUT THE GRACE OF GOD IN ME!"
You keep tryin to paint me as Works Based or Works + Faith! I believe a person is saved solely by the Grace of God thru Faith in Jesus, but this isnt MENTAL ACCENT, Grace TEACHES us to live holy (Tit 2:11) & EMPOWERS US (1 Cor 15:10). Faith OVERCOMES (1 Jn 5:4) & BEARS FRUIT (Jn 15:1-10; Jm 2:14-26; Eph 2:10; Col 1:29; Phl 2:11-13)

@ChristusVlCTOR 1 Cor 15:1-11 is the Gospel. btw "The problem is, you act like you don't want to stop sinning" Dude you don't even know who I am! Learn the difference between Salvation and Sanctification. Eph. 2:8-9. Have fun trying to keep the Law for Gal 3:10-13. Also 1 John 1:8. We are nothing but Sinners saved by Grace and he makes us into righteous saints, were are not saved because we are righteous but because he is righteous.

But it is written "Although He was a Son, He learned obedience through what He suffered. And being made perfect, He became the SOURCE OF ETERNAL SALVATION TO ALL WHO OBEY HIM." Hebrews 5:8-9
You are speaking contrary to the Word of God, your Gospel is false, I beg of you to repent and to seek the Lord whilst it is still called Today lest you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin. See Hebrews 3:13

Again "Truly, truly, I say to you, everyone who commits sin is the slave of sin."
This isnt a matter of whether weve sinned in the past "for all have sinned & fall short of the glory of God" no, this is about whether or not the Son has set you free
"Whoever is born of God does not commit sin; for His Seed remains in him & he cannot sin"

@ChristusVlCTOR You don't obey his commandments, you have broken them before. It's not about what you do, it's about what Christ has already done. "If we say we have not sinned,we make him(Jesus) a liar, and his word is not in us." 1 John 1:10. btw obeying God is not the Gospel message at all.

@ChristusVlCTOR Mankind was ENSLAVED to SIN, Jesus came to redeem us, to set us free from sin, and WHOM THE SON SETS FREE IS FREE IN DEED.
The problem is, you act like you don't want to stop sinning, in which case, Jesus has nothing to offer you. He came to make you righteous, He gave His blood that you might OVERCOME THE WICKED ONE (Rev 12:11)
Anyway man, Jesus is offering you Salvation from SIN and DEATH, not just Death, its an all or nothing deal, you can have your sin, and Eternal Life

"This is Eternal Life, that the might know You the Only True God & Jesus Christ, Who You have sent." ~ John 17:3; "And hereby we do know that we know Him, if we OBEY HIS COMMANDMENTS. He that says 'I know Him' and does not OBEY HIS COMMANDMENTS is a LIAR and the TRUTH is NOT IN HIM."
Jesus Christ came in the likeness of sinful flesh, & for sin, to condemn sin in the flesh: that the righteous deeds of the Law might be fulfilled IN US ~ Rom 8:3-4
