It had 2 DC motors controlled by an Arduino Mega 2560 board and a L293D. The password was '4823'. You could reset the password if you you were wrong. You couldn't move it.

awesome safe but i see a design flaw it appears to be plugged in to the mains so any thief would only need to unplug it i suggest you set up a built in battery pack on the back so they have to move it to cut the power because with no power there is no alarm and no alarm means you do not wake up also could cutting the power reset the password or does it have its own fail proof logging device

@alex1carm You only could change the password by PC. This was a recreation. A real safe box is made of steel or concrete and not of plastic. A thief could break it easily. I made this to simulate a real safe box, not to put in it valuble things. If you cut the sensor wires, it didn't sound.
