Wow, Angelsgym.. research involving Paul Dillon and Helen Liang on Bafa.... that would make for some seriously misguided conclusions, why not Wai Lun Choi or somebody from Shanghai- John Chung Li (?) , Yun Yin Sen...? Unfortunately Liang Qi Zhong died last year but he was a direct student of Wu..

Very nice work. I have been stydying and applying the teachings of Chen Tuan and Li Dongfong Liuhebafa through scholarship research (Video like this and Articles) and Paul Dillon's work called, Liuhebafa Five Character Secret. My Kung Fu study of Neijia Classics also include Feng, Wang, Li, Chen, Wu and Yang. The last is Wu Mengxia's annotations on 9 Songs & 81 Postures. i have applied all of this and more to cultivate my Wu Style Forms and T'ui & San Shou work. Here is my vid.

The standard for LHBF is the Nanjing-66 form series; there are some other variants

that are similar: the 104-form and the 96-form. There are also those 'created' by the best students of yiquan. Helen Liang's style is none of the above. It would be best called as Liang-Hou-Pai LHBF. It is alleged that she learned while visiting Singapore and that would indicate Zhou Shu-sheng 周树生, who learned from

Pan1 Yan2 Liu2 潘炎流 a certified teacher from LHBF creator Wu Yi-hui, 吴翼翚.
