TCC-25 Tube Processing System

This special system is cutting copper tubing from coil. After cutting, one tube end becomes closed by spinning operation fully automatically.

The system consist of T-Drill standard TCC-25 Automatic Chipless Rotary tube cut-off machine. It takes the tubing from coil, straightens it and finally cuts to length. After that the tubes are guided to a single (= the leading tube end only) Tube End Spinning Station automatically. Since TCC-25 is able to cut the tubes very fast into length, the spinning station incorporates two separate spinning units in order to increase rate of production.
