  • Problem was there was no MCLR pin. I know it seems like a grounding problem, but it apparently was not!

  • @k323r any INPUT should be grounded - if you have noisy power, ground via 100 Ohm resistor. Don't ground unused outputs or you'll fry your PIC! :)

  • any pin not used should be at 0v wired to ground.

  • Hello, i had your problem in a similar proyect, but it wont work, the problem is the power supply, is a common universal regulator, IM WRONG?

    connect a condenser in the positive and negative wires and GOOD LUCK

  • I had a similar problem and it turned out I hadn't grounded something.

    Once I found it and ground it correctly everything ran fine.

    Your body is acting like a ground when you get into close proximity of the chip.
