  • @metallitech Acts II Ver 44 onwards "but ye have made it a den of thieves"

  • "The camp site has to disappear", the words stated by the Bishop Of London himself! I wonder would the Bishop of London have been one of those leaders, who would have handed Christ over to Pilate for crucifixion. Or could he have been Pilate, handing over to the authorities for the crucifixion?

These people are peaceful, are doing no harm and are representative of many of us, who cannot be there. In acting like this, the Church is no more than a mockery of the Christianity it proclaims!

  • @Sliepnir2006 In some strange way, perhaps the Rt Revd & Rt Hon Richard Chartres, will reflect Pontius Pilate, in handing these people over to the authorities.

As for social justice, how long have the banks taken and gambled the lives of others in their games on Wall Streets? A lot longer than just the few days that these demonstrators have been there! Now it is not allowed to sit comfortably in its silence!

  • I am saddened to see the Reverend Mr Knowles leave, but I cannot help wondering why.

No one ever said that the Christianity was ever an easy choice to follow, after all, we all know what happened to Jesus. However, I cannot help wondering if those further up intended to use this man as their pawn, a scapegoat to carry the can for the eviction.

Interesting after 2000 years our Bishop of London talks about seeking legal advice over this, rather than consult his bible.

  • Shame on you putting health and safety as an excuse to get rid of valid protest

  • I have a question Rev'd Graeme Knowles, Health and Safety was the true reason why you close St Paul's

This was not done because you were ashamed for the elite to see these demonstrators camping in there was it! After all I have no doubt many of those who come to see St Paul's would not want to see the unwashed lying around!

    Careful how you answer!

Because, if that is the case and I wonder, please do not refer to Our Lord Jesus again, because he was born in a stable!

  • I know I for one would not support the use of authorities, especially when no one has committed or threatened harm. If people come in peace, we should receive them in peace and also does the bible not also ask of us to go the extra mile if it is needed!

I wonder, are you so willing to throw your bible aside, for the sake of the media, conglomerates, banks and even politicians, has Christianity sunk that low that it has indeed sold its soul? Perhaps you have!
