  • 80/20 Rule. 80% of the Patients you can work to satisfy. The 20% you never will. It does not pay to be an A**hole in a Hospital. Your care can be what you give out to Staff.

  • As a person who gets hospitalized often.. I pray I never sounded or acted like this ungrateful lady. Though now I know why it took a bit for the nurses to help me at times. Man.. and I felt guilty asking for asking for extra juice when I got thirsty because the nurses aren't maids. Now I see that as long as I'm grateful and don't abuse them by asking too often, It's not being rude to ask instead of hoping the kitchen will remember the liquids I asked for.
