Physics is cool

The fact that the natural sciences and technology are fascinating topics is demonstrated every year by the "Jugend forscht" (Young Researchers) competition in Germany. Merck has been the site for the selection of winners in the state of Hesse for 15 years now. Merck's commitment to young scientists and researchers goes beyond the competition, however. Its efforts in this regard are promoting the sustainability of the company's own industrial sector.
