Whatever. I don't want to fight, so I deleted my comment. Just know I highly disagree.

I will say that religion itself, as far as I'm seeing it(despite most of its teachings, especially middle eastern originated religions) , find more and more reasons to hate other people. I think that if followers of a religion twist or ignore its teachings, producing hatred of others and call it the will of God, whatever, is indeed, a bad religion. I don't know what you are, but I've seen enough disrespect.

Funny how the topic of voodoo arouses outrage from people (Christians and non-Christians alike) more than that of street children, corrupt hospitals or lack of drainage systems to prevent flooding. You would think that Haiti was a religious state where religious leaders had to agree on everything before people could take action; it's not.

For all the people who are commenting that voodoo is evil and people who follow voodoo evil and ignorant, let me ask the following questions:

Do you think that Buddhism, Hinduism, Islam, Shintoism and others are evil? Why is it that a religion that is followed by millions of people of color evil? What is different in that religion? Please people go to school, learn about other religions and you will see that no religion in the world is evil.

@negkreyol21 Once US finds out what the vodou people are doing, the practice will be quickly banned. If you are soccer player, the vodou guy may break your legs through unusual car accidents. If you are trying to sell a house, they send evil spirtits to stop the sell. Max Beauvoir should be ashamed of himself telling people that vodou is good and there is no evil in it. Max Beauvoir must admit that his people destroy the Haitian society. Everything must take place secretly, otherwise the vodou guys will turn it the other way around. I do not hate Max Beauvoir, but anticipate not his lies and misconceptions about Jesus. The spirits he is serving are called rebellious angels, they are demons and not God.
