The document outlines the health and response from the public about her health and the importance that she becomes the leader of Brazil. When details did break about the cancer, the government of Brazil pushed an optimistic hope that she will be okay. At the writing of the document, the 90% survival rate at projected by the physician was working. Meeting with Dilma showed that she had no visible signs of cancer treatment.
