OK, that was helpful, thanks. But FYI there IS NO TOOLS MENU on Windows Live Mail. It's just a little teeny unnamed button that when you hover over it says "Click here to save, print and see everything else you can do." Which, of course, is not true. "Everything else" is not there, only a very few things are listed. After years and years of getting everyone used to File, Edit, View, Tools, Help (etc.), Microsoft had to go come up with a new concept that is LESS helpful and MORE confusing.
