wasnt sure bout keysi fighting at first but after watchin sum of these videos and learning about what the method covers, i think kfm is awesome. looking to start as soon as i can. thumbs up guys!

KFM is not about sporty competition, its about defending urself. Competition is fighting with rules. Defending urself on the street is w/o rules. So why should a competition history be needed to teach a system of self-defence...?

About him using power: there is only one way to give the students a hint on how the pain in a really fight is like, and that is through letting them feel the pain of punches and elbows, even if it is in a tech drill. Thats how u get closer to reality

if keysi is about self defense then none of this stuff is relevant,theres no guard position in the street as trained grapplers dont attck people.If its applicable to mma then somebody needs to prove it in the cage and nobody has.
