Pad Thai in Bangkok

Wile visiting with a friend who lives in Bangkok we had a long discussion about the best Pad Thai. She took me to this on street restaurant claiming its the best Pad Thai in Bangkok. This Restaurant has been serving Pad Thai in down town Bangkok for many years and is filled with locales every evening Actually to date it is the best Pad Thai I have ever had. Seeing the cooking method was just as good as the food.

anyone eating at McDs should be flogged. It is sad that eating out in the US has evolved in to this culture.  Westerners have no clue how good street food and eating out is in Asia. As well as cheap. In China McDs is considered expensive. I think these fast food corporations have no business investing in corrupting these ancient cultures.

I cook a mean Pad Thai. have been trying different ones all over Thailand over the past few years to perfect mine. but the best is "Thipsamai" in the video. my wife and i like haveing Pad Thai parties with lots of friends. Great fun cooking like that!

Yes! this is Pad Thai "Thipsamai" in 313 Mahachai Road, Samranrat (Pranakorn). just back from BKK again and this place is still he best Pad Thai ever

damn... that's some inferno he's got going. let's see you get that much flame from your stove at home. professional wok burners like that can put out over 200,000 btu. compare that to maybe 10,000 from a home stove, or 20,000 from a restaurant stove. that sh*t is smooooooooooooooooooooookin' hot!!!
