A few useful tidbits of information, but, in my opinion, lacking in anything particularly useful. I had hoped to see how to adjust mixer settings, gain settings, effect settings, recording software usage, etc. Perhaps the video should be re-titled to "a few useful items for home recording."

One problem I have is when recording vocals, I can't get the clear sound of the voice. Do I have to change effects in the computer in a certain way??

I have a dilemma with my Xenyx1204 Behringer mixer.

With a microphone plugged into a preamp, the necessary output input jacks plugged into the usb.

But through the computer, don't get anything.

What else do I need to connect to achieve the recording into the computer??

The soundcard is already built into the usb connection.
