FF IX Excalibur II Perfect Game - Part 16: "Small Beach"

Small Beach is where the Oak Staff is located, but you need the Reef ability to reach it so we aren't done here yet. I got lucky and this was the first Chocograph I found after Streamside. Still it could've been quicker if I didn't go into bonus time.
