ok i'm going to make a video tonite!!! :) If only i had your strength to go 100% raw...I think its something I'll have to build towards before I make that 110% leap :) And yes your book sounds awesome! I get intimidated about writing mine b/c i feel what if no one cares, or no one feels its good enough to publish- but I guess that is just where faith jumps in :) Talk soon!

great video! you never cease to suprise me...I am also trying to write a book- though its more of a "thoughts & opinion" rather than one subject so I've really struggled to get it fully off the ground. keep it up with the raw foods! :)

thanks lady! that's awesome you're working on a book too...i fully support that. you know, my book isn't about one topic, it's inspired by one topic and branches into EVERYTHING on life...it will go into personal experience too.
