Delmarva Power has installed new light-emitting diode street lights as a test project in Wilmington, DE. Mayor James M. Baker was on hand to witness the installation. Delmarva Power is asking customers to comment on the new lights either via delmarva.com or by texting DELMARVA to 66746.

· Elkton: Ten streetlights will be replaced with the new LED lighting along W. High Street (intersecting streets are Singerly Avenue and Bow Street).
· Chestertown: Ten streetlights will be replaced with the new LED lighting along High Street (intersecting streets are Spring Street, N. Cross Street and Queen Street) and along Park Row.
