Depending on where you live, rock used can either be almost free to very expensive. Decide on your dimensions and then Google for pond liners (45 mil), skimmers, waterfalls (biofalls), and pumps. That will give you some idea of cost.
I don't know the exact dimensions, but it looks to be about 20 by 24 and varies in depth to 31/2 feet.
