  • My favorite move!!! I used it on Pedro's Judo challenge.3 ippons,

    David Yefroyev

  • Good Job, David!!!

  • pobre uke, quedo un poco sacudido pero en si la tecnica se explica muy bien, no siendo necesarias las palabras. no manejo el idioma del video pero aun asi me quedo claro.

  • Can anyone please translate this?

  • I can try, BUT IT WILL NOT BE PERFECT. " Poor Uke, You use his Judogi a lot for this technique. You explain the technique very well, even if I can't understand what your talking about, because of the langage your using." It's not a perfect translation, but it's the best I can offer ^^. Great video, I loved it.

  • Thank you!

  • @Romaniandick1994 Nope LOL end up with an injured arm

  • @basonelson did you won?

  • less than 24 hour to Competition and I am here looking @ Tomoe Nage!

  • That's weird, I have been taught a very different version.

  • why didn't the Uke use his right hand for a better break fall?

  • @balagezyan

Here is what BabelFish came up with:

"poor man uke, I am a little shaken but in if the technique it is explained very well, not being necessary the words. handling the language of the video but even so I am not myself clear." LOL ^_^

  • No the Uke is not being hurt . Yes a smaller guy can use it on a bigger guy this is actually much better smaller vs bigger ,it is one of my "big guy throws " .

Arkadi is an excellent instructor and has produced many VERY GOOD players , What you have to understand is that not all the throws you see on youtube are always the favorite techniques of the instructor showing them . This is

however a good method of yoko tomonage, but there are different variations Rey Garcia NYC BJJ Judo Instructor

  • the end of the throw is not really good

  • I wonder if that move would work, if the kid in all white - used it against the bigger guy tossing him ?
