20091010 Venice Beach Skate Board Park 90291

City of Los Angeles opened up a new skate board park at Venice Beach in October 2009. People flocked there from all over to test their skills.
Art Lugo got his friend to give him a ride to Venice. Skating for three years, on a scale of 1 to 10 Lugo rates Venice 11.
Self policed at present by local skateboarders, adults expect more strict enforcement of rules for mandatory helmets and pads.
Right now skateboarding is free for all.
