gimp looked like a good tool to use. thanks for showing.
also, i use this "folderchanger" app to easily makes my photo and images into iconized folder. It works really fast and easy. It can be found from google searching for "folderchanger"

When does it say that? Are images dimensions right? Did you put the .ico at the end?

i was the first one to make a video with icons on paint!!!! and then 3 months later!!! 10 other videos about it pop up!!!! why is this!!! AHH!!!

Sorry if you think i did but no i have never watched any videos on making desktop icons. I have done all of my videos from things i have learned myself and not from other videos.
