take a good 80's song, take out the crappy production of it, get a good singer, and maybe there will be some magic, as with this amazing version.
but, on the other hand, think about
"american idol", you can find there planty of simple, acoustic versions of songs, and most of them are abomination.

Please check it out on my second channel 'orangejunk20', because soon I'll delete all my cover songs on this channel. So the split will be complete. One channel for covers, and the other one for my originals.
