Pleas visit my channel and se other amazing video from Svalbard, included videos of Polar Bear encounter.

It's winter at 78 degrees north. And the sun shines for the last time on the mountain tops. Soon it's completely dark 24 ours a day. It's peaceful this time of year. Only the moon and Northern lights shines on the sky.

  • can you see the northern lights there in summer or only in the winter?

  • @emiratesA380NCL

NO. from mid April to Mid August there is midnight sun in Longyearbyen / Svalbard, that means 24 hours sun, so it is very hard to see any aurora on the daylight sky.

  • I visited Svalbard in July and since then I'm yearning almost every day to go back! I really want to go in March. It's just such a magical place with a special atmosphere and interesting people.

  • Det er ikke tilfeldigvis noen fysisk krevende og greit betalte jobb åpninger der oppe nå for tiden?
