  • sehr schön!

vielleicht solltest du etwas langsamer spielen,

damit du den Gedanke des Komponisten besser verstehen kannst.

  • Wish I can understand your language. She really needs encourage right now.

  • Stop tilting your head!! I used to do it too-it looks really bad!!

    Translation:

    Very beautiful!

Maybe you should play it a bit slower, you may understand the komposer a lot more then.

Note: If the translation isn't 100% correct, I'm sorry, but I'm from Norway and I've only studied German for about a year. Also: Pardon my bad English..)

  • Nice High Notes :D

  • @ildgrubtrollet yeah ur translations pretty spot on :D except its 'understand the thoughts of the composer' but thats awesome seeing you've only been learning it a year!! :D

  • Rutters music is wonderful, and this prelude begins the suite, so it is important to follow his performance markings, I felt this was too fast, phrasing was out, and texture altered. But a really good try. More use of vibrato..

  • Amazing! I love this peice my favourite grade peice of music!nVery hard to play!

  • I just got the music for this - but she plays it really really well :)

The only advice i'd have to give would be to not let the flute drop down so much sometimes - i know it can help with phrasing but if ur not really careful the tone care go all funny

but all over thumbs up guys :D

  • We enjoyed your performance. All the compliments to you and your professor. It would be our honor if you would visit our website and get to know with original Internet Music Competition, musiccompetition. r s

  • Beautiful music.

  • I'm doing this for my A Level ensamble peiec. I'm playing Piano and my teacher is playing Flute. It's a bit tricker than it looks.

  • I can't help noticing her tongueing through the slurs. I'm not criticising, it's just I've been told not to, and I keep doing it by mistake. Is this an error here, or just a stylistic interpretation? She is very lightly tongueing when she does it after all.
