More exploration of Norfair.
[Note: While i was working my way, i found 2 missle expansions along with a Reserve Tank. Also theres major sequence breaking in this video.]
Upgrades obtained-
Missles Tanks: (3 tanks, 14 in total and 55+15=70)
Energy Tanks: (1 tank and 4 tanks in total)
Reserve Tanks: (1 tank) Reserves are extra energy that samus can use. If Samus dies, she can replenish her energy by every tank she has (1 reserve= 100 units).
Power Bomb Tanks: (1 tank and 0+5=5 tanks) Power Bombs are explosives that has a large range. These can destroy Power bomb blocks, Yellow doors and some enemys too. Samus can perform Crystal Flash (advanced move) with this bomb. It requires 10 missles, 10 super missles, 11 power bombs and less than 50 units of energy (includes reserves drained). Engage morph ball and drop a power bomb while holding L+R+X+Down. If performed right, Samus will have an aura around her and replenishing her energy thus draining the projectiles.
Wave Beam: This is the middle beam out of all beams. It contains eletrical elements that can pass through walls.
Speed Booster: This gives samus a boost in speed. By holding B and the direction your running, samus will gain an increase in speed that destroys certain enemys and blocks. It requires 2 1/2 square maps to perform this. Samus can also perform Shinespark (advanced move) with this boost. While boosting, press Down and samus will start glowing. Press A and the directon your facing and samus will dash into the air or the ground. Also it can drain some of Samus's energy so be wise around where you use it.
Grappling Beam: This beam can connect to Grappling Blocks and swing. By connecting to the block and then holding X, samus will cling onto the block. She is also capable of swinging by left and right buttons. She can also hang lower to get a better angle by pressing down. It can also grab you some recovery items to samus. The beam can destroy some enemys (but most are immune to this beam) and cling into some enemys too (it doesnt damage or destroy them but its useful).
Research-
Blue locks: These locks are like blue doors but the lock is on a certain side. It can be breached by the Wave Beam.
Green Locks: Similar to the blue locks exept you need a Super Missle to open one.
Power Bomb Blocks & Yellow Doors: These type of equipments can be destroyed by Power Bombs. Blocks can reform and the doors are like the other doors exept only the PB can destroy it.
Speed Booster Blocks: Like the other blocks but can be destroyed by Speed Boosting.
Super Acid: This type of Acid is found in Norfair Depths. It can burn through the Varia Suit much faster than the Lava. No Suit is capable of surviving this so avoid this acid at all costs.
Regions Explored:
Norfair Depths (left side): The left side of Norfair Depths. This is part of the depths in norfair because it contains super acid and is below as the right side.
Bosses-
None
Minibosses-
Crocomire: This boss is a large creature and cut out in Zero Mission but its sprites can be hacked. Crocomire attacks with fireballs and ramming. The boss is immune to all of samus's attacks but can be pushed back. Shoot the mouth with charge beam shots. The creature will be one step closer to falling into Super Acid. Once it falls, all of its skin will melt. Run to the left side of the area and wait infront of the spikes. An Earthquake appears and a skeleton figure of Crocomire breaks through but crumbles since its very unstable. You can move through the wall it breaks.

Oh and one more thing. NEVER EVER LAY A POWER BOMB IN THE FIGHT WITH CROCOMIRE!!!!! Why? If you lay a power bomb, instead of damaging him backwards, he'll start rushing TOWARD you with his mouth closed and eventually you'll be pinned along the spike wall and die.

Oh yeah i also did the "Swinging Echoes" Glitch at 7:03. All you need to do is to select Grappling Beam and run until you activate the Speed Booster (and the echoes will appear) and lock onto the Grappling Block. Let go and then the echoes will appear and catch up to Samus.
