The original sprite is from an Amiga game called Ruff 'n Tumble. Each frame was grabbed manually using the video recorder within the WinUAE emulator and spanned out as a frame sheet for my remake.

This update was done via a paint program called Graphics Gale and recorded by CamStudio.

Oh and if your interested the music is Above & Beyond - Good For Me. If you like, I highly recommend their album :)

  • quiet interesting, but you have used exesive AA

  • I probably do but that's my style I suppose :)

  • And this is done with freeware?

  • Yep, all freeware. Pixel app is GraphicsGale and the recording app is CamStudio.

  • Thanks guys, glad you liked it. Just wanted to show what goes into updating the graphics. What you see here took just under an hour.

  • Nice pixelling. Would have been nice at the end to show a "before and after" side by side for better comparison :) Maybe an idea for future projects.

  • Amazing work. Making pixelgraphics isn't so usual these days so it's great to see someone doing such graphics like this! By the way, what program do you use?
