It's perfectly ok for you to have a mac since you paid the money to buy it but I'm gonna say this and please don't take this offensively
My Windows laptop does everything i need it to do. Microsoft office, Video editing, gaming, etc. Instead of buying an extra box at home to play games I just do it all on my laptop! Pretty convenient too since i can take my laptop to my friends' house and play a LAN game

i was going to get a mac for college and it would be nice to be able to play cod on it, i understand macs arent the best for running games but if i ran it at low settings would i be ok?

no the game does not run great but hell it runs and guess what this game is not for mac running in mac
yes it flickers some in game but nothing compared to the video (that has to do with recording)
and no i cant prove that it runs fine cause i deleted the game off of my computer cause i have it for 360
