  • Nice demo, but all that yellow color indicates a LOW temp and all that noise indicates low thrust to fuel burn ratio. I also only see only blindingly bright mach diamond. I've personally gotten more thrust out of KnO3/Sucrose motors.

  • @bamboo4tameshigiri Its not about the thrust, I have a O6300 Hybrid if I want thrust. Its a "DEMO" motor

  • acrylic?! no kidding! How to you seal the ends? hi-temp gaskets?

  • @R5H4D0W Just normal o-rings and ox safe lube. It does not get that hot as only runs for a few seconds.

  • what is GOX? and are you using a specific type of acrylic?

  • @Delta8559272 cast acrylic, 50mm dia I machine the ends and drill a 12mm hole through.

  • @MyDucatiGT1000 My jokes used to be creative, full of inspiration and limitless in humor, but then I took an arrow to the knee... =(

  • @azis1100 seriously man,chuck jokes are gay

  • Hey, I worked on these in college and with Dr. Humble at the Air Force Academy!

  • @rowesretainers What keeps the plastic from quickly overheating? Is it the fact that it has almost zero opacity? Or more about poor conductivity? Is there a great deal of radiant heat from the grain?
