@padillalove1 you don't have to but it's more likely to crack and fall apart if you don't. While she says 15-20 minutes, i would let it dry a bit longer than that before you press it. It all depends on the % alcohol you use and how much you use. But you don't want to try and press it while it's still wet.

do you have to press them ??

Yeah I tried the website to no avail? Could u recommend another one? Thank u :)

Erica thanks so much for the video, I just order my palattes and pans from starsmakeuphaven! Would this work for NYX pigments too or do you need a binder?

You would need to use a binder, I pressed a matte eyeshadow with Chi Silk Infusion the other day and it turned out great :D Or you can go to Sally's and they have a generic biosilk that will work just the same I just put some of that and some alcohol and it worked perfect

You can also get a binder at diycosmetics(dot)com. you only need about a drop or two and regular amounts of alcohol to press matte and mineral pigments.
To my knowledge, EZ press is a dilluted mixture so that you can use it on its own. Personally, I prefer the binder from that website and rubbing alcohol. You can also use the pure binder in pure mica powders so they would adhere better to the skin. I hope this helps some of you=)
