@joliara can't believe hardware is/was sent out like that...that had to be a "manufacture" issue...but they weren't kidding when they posted being part of the pilot wasn't for the "faint of heart"!

One of two things happened, the glue on the tape got too warm or someone on the assembley line got behind and failed to connect it properly. My money is on the tape.
