Let us work together to host the first Democratic-Republican Presidential Debate for the Deaf/Hard of Hearing in West Los Angeles before November 2008.
A Communication Issue is the center of our life at home, work, school, public area, etc.
We are interested in seeing the communication barrier to be removed between the White House and the Deaf Community.
Please come and support us at Agape International Spiritual Center 5700 Buckingham Parkway Culver City, CA 9023 on Saturday, February 2, 2008 1pm - 4pm. Please rsvp by contact Melvin. Thanks.
change inspired him and many people in america and around world, but worse things what change had done.

I wish I was a little better at sign language (I am hearing by the way), but I could follow him. He talked about change in politics considering each candidate in the debates talked about change in their platform.
Really, what does it mean to change? What does it take to accomplish this in Washington?

I agree, open captions would really help out, especially for my hearing friends and family.
We really need more access into politics and government.

this would get a good rating if it were taken one step further and open-captioned so those of us with hearing loss who do not know ASL could get the message. With an audio description added it would be excellent.
