I can't believe the lame comments on here. Thank you vhilaire for sharing this with us. I know I didn't take the time to shoot a clip for others to learn by. Bacon is high in fat and cholesterol. Mushrooms are a fantastic alternative (sans salt, but still).

Or you could just eat bacon, would you rather have it rot than be used? Seems to defeat the purpose of being vegetarian anyway because either way animals are going to die.
